📍 FRANKFORD BUSINESS HIGHLIGHT: S & A CLEANERS — PART 2

We’re back with Part 2 of our conversation with Herb Frayer of S & A Cleaners! 👔

In this part of the interview, Herb shares more about his journey as a lifelong Frankford resident and business owner, the challenges and rewards of running a small business, and the connections he’s built with customers throughout the years.

But Herb’s story goes beyond the business. His family’s history is deeply connected to Frankford, giving S & A Cleaners a place in not only our business corridor, but in the story of the community itself.

These are the stories we want to continue bringing forward through our Frankford Business Highlight series because our corridors are more than storefronts. They’re people, families, entrepreneurs, and generations of community history.

🎥 Watch Part 2 and get to know Herb and S & A Cleaners a little better!

🏛️ Frankford, Did You Know?

Have you ever wondered about the history behind Campbell AME Church founded by Richard Allen right here in our community?

We had the opportunity to catch up with a church member who shared a brief history of Campbell AME Church, including the fascinating story surrounding its basement and its connection to the Underground Railroad.

It’s a powerful reminder that some of Frankford’s most important history is right in our own backyard. ❤️

🎥 Take a look as we learn a little more about this historic church and the stories that helped shape our community.
