As we have mentioned once or twice 😉 Nikki Dee is running the NYC Marathon again! AND she's doing it (again) in support of the amazing Joe Torre Safe At Home Foundation!

Safe at Home was founded by Ali and Joe Torre (yes, THAT Joe Torre- go Yanks) in 2002 to end the cycle of domestic violence and abuse through education. They provide healing services to youth who have been traumatized by exposure to violence including domestic violence, child abuse, teen dating abuse, and sexual assault in order to empower them to live healthy lives free of violence.

Thanks to many kind supporters, she's 50% of the way to her fundraising goal. Every donation counts & makes a difference. If you're able to contribute, we'd be so grateful for your support.

Thank you for supporting Nikki- and such an important cause!

Olumiant Update from Lauren 💙

Hi everyone! As promised, I wanted to share an update on my Olumiant journey. I started taking Olumiant 4 mg daily on June 1, so I'm coming up on 2 months.

I'm intentionally trying not to focus too much on my scalp just yet. I know this medication takes time to work, and I don't want to obsess over what may or may not be changing from day to day. Instead, I wanted to share how I've been feeling overall.

The first month came with a few side effects:
✨ Week 1: I was VERY tired. Thankfully, that only lasted about a week.

✨ Weeks 1–3: I noticed some bloating and just felt "larger" all over than usual. I was told that's fairly common when starting the medication, and it gradually improved.

✨ The first month (and occasionally still): I had VERY vivid dreams! I've always been a vivid dreamer, but these were on another level. I've since heard from quite a few people who experienced the same thing.

Other than that, I've been feeling completely normal and really good!

I'll continue to share updates as I reach different milestones, especially once it's a little more realistic to evaluate any hair growth.

If you're considering Olumiant or have any questions about my experience so far, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always happy to share what I've learned.

Thank you all so much for your support and sharing your own experiences! XO
