CHOICE of NY in Peekskill is serving Hot Thanksgiving meals today.
So many things have changed this year but CHOICE is still open, following COVID safety rules and giving out the holiday cheer. If you know someone who needs a meal, send them over to 1 Park Place today ( second floor)

When the Coronavirus hit, we felt stress. When our children's schools closed, we felt stress. When we were ordered to work from home, we felt stress. When the businesses around us closed, we felt stress.

The time is slowly coming for us to come out of hibernation and go out into the world again...what should we expect to feel? Yes...stress. It's ok to feel just as much stress now as when the pandemic began. All of this is unsettling.

So give yourself a break....take a breathe....talk it out...get some help...and be kind to yourself. None of this is easy.

There comes a point when we just have to let it go and give up control.
