Harmony Cafe Harmony Cafe is a nonprofit organization, Patchogue, NY, Access to wellness education, nutritious food and social events. Our programs are available at no cost.

Our mission is to empower our guests by offering wellness education and access to nutritious food within a socially engaging environment, fostering healthy lives. Throughout the year and during holidays, we host meal events and conduct food rescue operations. Our vision includes acquiring a storefront to provide nutritious foods based on a donation model. Founded by Rosemarie McCarthy, Harmony Caf

é was established with a simple but powerful mission: to ensure everyone has access to healthy meals, regardless of their ability to pay. Our vision is to open a community café where guests can enjoy nutritious food in a welcoming space—some may choose to volunteer in exchange for a meal, while others can “pay it forward” to support those in need. For over eight years, we’ve brought this vision to life through pop-up events and outreach. Now, with your support, we’re working toward opening a permanent storefront café by 2026—a space built on health, connection, and kindness. Join us in making this dream a reality.
