I always think of my angels when social media feeds are flooded with back-to-school pictures.

I know this time of year can feel especially heavy for the families who are watching milestones happen without their favorite person here to experience them.

So I made these. 🤍

From Pre-K through college, there’s a “First Day of School in Heaven” sign for the milestone you’re facing right now.

If you need a photo to share, use one.
If you want people to know about the milestone you’re carrying, share it.
If you simply want a way to honor the person who should be here… it’s yours.

Angel Baby sent our grandparents on a sunset cruise with ⚓️Paddle Pub Long Island | Boat Party💦

Very beautiful to witness the dichotomy of grief in a sunset remembrance mixed with karaoke and flip cup.

Sometimes, grief is watching a sunset from heaven. And sometimes, it looks like laughing until your cheeks hurt.

Thanks to Scarlett’s grandma in Heaven, we were able to surprise our Grandparent Group with a beautiful evening on the water…and a few very special Angel Bears along the way. 🐻✨

And thanks to Teddy’s grandma, our Teddy Jake Program began with incredible, heartfelt support and continued because of a gift from a dad in London who donated in honor of his son Ehsan. 🌎🤍 What started with one family has traveled across the world the hearts of so many grieving families.

Angel Baby is grateful to every family who has helped us turn grief into love, one bear, one story, and one sunset at a time. 🐻✨

How to Remember 🤍

As we gather for the 4th of July and watch the fireworks light up the sky, remember that someone in your circle may be looking up and thinking of the child they miss.

A lot of people think not bringing them up is easier…you don’t want to be the reason they cry at a party…but maybe if you don’t have the words….try

A hand on the shoulder

Or…

“I bet the fireworks look beautiful from heaven.”

“I wonder what [child’s name] thinks of all the colors.”

You don’t have to have the perfect words. You will never “fix” their heart. Just remembering their child out loud reminds them they are not carrying their love alone.

Sometimes the brightest fireworks are the ones that remind us our loved ones are never far from our hearts. ❤️🤍💙

In all honesty, whenever i look at the sky, I think of them, even more when its filled with extra sparkle ✨

How to Remember 🤍

Now that school is out, summer is here, and beach trips are more common, a beautiful and simple way to remember someone you love is by writing their name in the sand.

Take a picture. Keep it in a private album on your phone, share it with someone, or don’t share it at all. The act itself is what matters.

As the waves wash their name away, imagine your angel receiving the love you sent.

Sometimes the smallest gestures become the most meaningful reminders that love never leaves.

If you are feeling helpless watching someone else in heavy grief, sharing the pic with them could mean the world 🤍

There are so many people who want to support someone who is grieving but don’t know what to say or do.

So I’m starting a new series.

Each week, Angel Baby will share one simple way to remember and honor the angels in your life or in the life of someone you love. Loudly or quietly. Publicly or privately. Shared or private.

These little acts don’t just support someone who is grieving. They also give you your own connection to the person being remembered. A way to carry their name, their story, or their place in your heart in a way that feels natural and meaningful.

Sometimes the smallest gestures become the biggest reminders 🤍🤍🤍 We hope these ideas help start conversations and ease the fear of “getting it wrong.”

Remembering doesn’t have to be complicated. Stay tuned 🤍
