October 11–17 is , and the Patchogue Arts Council • MoCA L.I. is proud to bring this statewide celebration to Long Island, highlighting four extraordinary public art projects across Suffolk and Nassau counties through NYSCA's CHARM Initiative!
From two dynamic murals in Ronkonkoma to new public artworks in Patchogue and Seaford, these projects are transforming everyday spaces into vibrant cultural landmarks, demonstrating how public art strengthens community connections, inspires civic pride, and creates a greater sense of place.

STATION YARDS | RONKONKOMA, SUFFOLK COUNTY
Double the murals, double the celebration! Join us as we celebrate two incredible public artworks by internationally recognized mural artist Lula Goce (), and New York artist Jenna Morello (), whose mural Passing Through brings another dynamic artistic vision to The French Workshop at Station Yards.
Enjoy ribbon cuttings celebrating both murals, a special artist talk with Lula Goce, and a reception with our community partners.

Join artist Jonathan Horowitz (), the Patchogue Arts Council, and NYU Langone Health representatives for a ribbon cutting celebrating a bold new public artwork, followed by a reception at PAC • MoCA L.I.

These murals transform everyday architecture into shared cultural landmarks, creating opportunities for connection, conversation, and discovery. They remind us that art belongs beyond gallery walls, woven into the neighborhoods, institutions, and spaces that shape our daily lives.
We are especially proud that Patchogue Arts Council • MoCA L.I. is Long Island's only facilitating organization for NYSCA's CHARM Initiative, working across Suffolk and Nassau counties to bring together artists, businesses, and community partners to create lasting public art experiences.
And we're part of something even bigger! The 2026 CHARM Initiative has supported 42 new public artworks across 31 New York counties!
