Good morning! There are two things I want to pass on today. First is that except for one person we finished the test last week. We will be testing the one person tomorrow but for everyone else it will be a normal class. Second is that tomorrow is the third Monday so we will be having sparring. Please remember to bring your sparring gear. Class will start normal time at 7:00pm however, the test will start at 6:30.
See everyone tomorrow.

May God bless,

Wayne J. Hertz

Good afternoon everyone,
Today is the first week of our test. We only have six, maybe seven, people testing so we may go quickly. Please arrive early enough so you can be warmed up and ready to go by 6:30. We want to start the test right at 6:30. There will be no class going on while we are testing. If you have any questions about the test please feel free to contact me.

May God bless,

Wayne J. Hertz

Congrats to Simon and his wife who had baby Oliver last night. Baby Oliver was born 7/19 at 1:01am. Oliver seems to be breathing fine on his own and his oxygen levels are good. However, he currently is having irregular respirations and they want to periodically monitor him. They dont seem to have an urgent concern, but they do want his breathing to normalize before discharge. Please keep them in prayer.
