Where Bay, River and Creek Meet Welcome to the Riviera Community Improvement Association, non-profit "Community Association" page. All are welcome to attend.

The Riviera Beach Community is a private waterfront community within Northern Anne Arundel County, Maryland. With open space community property throughout w/ added amenities of Playground, Beach Area, Boat Ramp, & Marina. Our website provides homeowners/residents with useful information about community events and initiatives. Check out the Riviera Beach Community Website for documents and historical information. Update:

A big thank-you to whoever removed the dumped pile of branches and yard debris from the park and cleaned up the area.

🚫 Please don’t dump your yard debris or tree trimmings at the playground/park.

A pile of Callery pear limbs has been dumped in the same spot where other debris was dumped after the big storms.

This is community property, and it is not a place for anyone to dispose their yard waste.
Dumping your debris here without permission may be considered illegal dumping.

If you left these branches, please remove them promptly and clean up the area. Please be considerate of our residents, neighborhood & to all our volunteers lending a hand to help keep our areas maintained.

Note: Vehicles parked along Greenway. Our landscaping crew has not been able to trim or mow properly in the areas where your vehicles have been parked. In the future, please move your vehicles when the landscaping crew is there. Please help keep area maintained.

We are sorry to share that the 5th Annual Riviera Beach Fall Fest has been cancelled for this fall.

Thank you RB Boss Beaches, volunteers, vendors, and entertainment for rolling with all the weather-related changes.

Mother Nature just didn’t want to cooperate with us this year! Be on the lookout for future events!

🍂 Riviera Beach Fall Community Yard Sale was extended to this Saturday for those who had to cancel because of the rain!

Last Saturday’s yard sale was largely rained out, so our neighbors are trying again!

This Saturday, October 10 from 8 AM–1 PM. Thankfully, the current forecast is looking much better for Saturday. 0% chance of rain during sale hours!

The Riviera Beach Fall Festival is THIS SUNDAY, October 11, from 12–5 p.m.! We’re keeping our fingers crossed that Maryland’s unpredictable weather brings us sunshine on the third try! 🌞
