You & Queen Elizabeth II may have something in common... if you were or are in Girl Scouts or Girl Guides... that is. Yes, She learned to cook on campfires, practiced pitching tents, & earned badges like any other Girl Scout or Girl Guide. 👑⚜

Here is Queen Elizabeth II's timeline highlights...

21.12.37 Queen Elizabeth II enrolled as a Girl Guide in World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts; she became Patrol Leader of 1st Buckingham Palace Guide Company, and later became a Sea Ranger.

26.2.43 Princess Elizabeth is enrolled as a Sea Ranger

23.12.46 Girl Guides Association announces that The Princess had agreed to become Chief Ranger of the British Empire Rangers - senior Branch of the Girl Guides' Association.

Another cool fact: They even transformed a summerhouse on the palace garden into the Guides' headquarters where the princesses & other troop members practised their scouting skills!
