Saturday Night Trick-or-Treating

There’s nothing sweeter than seeing our streets filled with trick-or-treaters, and this year we have more kids in the neighborhood than ever before! Since Halloween falls on a Saturday, let’s team up to make it the best one yet for the kids of Pinehurst on the Bay / Bodkin. Happy Halloween from the PCA!

We wanted to share a quick update on our community finances. Our current balance is $5,236. This is after our recent $10,000 payment toward the community property beach restoration loan with Mark Hare and our $1,640 property insurance payment.

We also want to say a big thank you to everyone who has paid their dues and to those who have generously made additional donations. Your contributions are truly appreciated and help us to continue to meet our community’s financial responsibilities and maintain our shared property.

As a reminder, we track payments by calendar year, January through December, so there is still time to make your 2026 dues payment or a donation before the end of the year.

And one last community update: we are currently working with a vendor to have our community property sign at the overlook restored. We’re looking forward to giving the sign some much-needed attention and will share additional information as plans move forward.

Thank you again for your continued generosity and support!

Congrats to Mark Gugerty for winning the basket raffle!! Mark is a resident on Oakdale Rd. Also, congrats to Megan Driscoll of Bayside for 2nd place - we were able to make another smaller prize due to additional donations on behalf of the board and resident Colleen Hylton.

🌟 Thank You, Neighbors! 🌟

We want to send a big THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to attend our annual community meeting! It was wonderful to see both familiar faces and a few new ones join us this year.

We truly appreciate the representation from across our community—both Bayside and Riverside. A special note of recognition goes to our Riverside neighbors, who continue to show up year after year and serve as a strong, supportive core for our association. We also want to recognize those Bayside residents who consistently attend and support our efforts—your continued involvement truly matters and helps keep things moving forward.

We’re also happy to share that we raised $365 from our basket raffle tonight—thank you to everyone who participated and supported! 🎉

If you’re still interested in purchasing basket raffle tickets, you can send funds via Zelle using our QR code, or feel free to email us and we can arrange a time to meet in person if cash is preferred.

We understand how busy life can be, and we appreciate everyone who stays connected in their own way. That said, we’d love to see even more neighbors from both Bayside and Riverside at future meetings—your voice, your ideas, and your presence make a meaningful difference in shaping our community.

Thank you again to those who came out—we’re looking forward to continuing the work together! 💙
