🌟 Thank You, Neighbors! 🌟

We want to send a big THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to attend our annual community meeting! It was wonderful to see both familiar faces and a few new ones join us this year.

We truly appreciate the representation from across our community—both Bayside and Riverside. A special note of recognition goes to our Riverside neighbors, who continue to show up year after year and serve as a strong, supportive core for our association. We also want to recognize those Bayside residents who consistently attend and support our efforts—your continued involvement truly matters and helps keep things moving forward.

We’re also happy to share that we raised $365 from our basket raffle tonight—thank you to everyone who participated and supported! 🎉

If you’re still interested in purchasing basket raffle tickets, you can send funds via Zelle using our QR code, or feel free to email us and we can arrange a time to meet in person if cash is preferred.

We understand how busy life can be, and we appreciate everyone who stays connected in their own way. That said, we’d love to see even more neighbors from both Bayside and Riverside at future meetings—your voice, your ideas, and your presence make a meaningful difference in shaping our community.

Be on the lookout for the tall ships passing through the Bay June 23-24 as they make their way to Baltimore for Sail250. Ships are expected to pass through our area during the evening of Tuesday, June 23rd and throughout the morning and afternoon of Wednesday, June 24th.

We’re hoping to have a bench installed at the Bayside Overlook in time for the event-if not, feel free to bring a chair so you can sit back and enjoy the view!

Also, please help us protect the landscaping by keeping children and pets off the plants and mulch until everything has had time to establish and thrive.

Our flagpole is back, and a new flag is flying. A heartfelt thank you to Chuck Wille for taking the initiative and putting in the effort to make this happen!

The Bayside Overlook landscaping is complete. These plants were required by AACO and need to be kept alive! Please keep dogs and children off the mulch so the plants can grow. They are native plants that will help with erosion control and storm water filtration. Evergreen Gene’s will be by next week to review the work.
