An Amazon package containing pool stabilizer was delivered to the wrong address today. If you received a package that isn’t yours, or know where it may have been delivered, please let me know.

🏖️ A Friendly Reminder About Our Beach Area 🏖️

Just a friendly reminder to everyone using our community beach area to please follow the posted rules and help keep the beach safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Most importantly, please do not bring glass containers onto the beach. We’ve been seeing more and more broken glass in the area, and it’s becoming a real concern. Several members of our community bring their pets down to enjoy the beach, and broken glass can cause serious injuries to them—as well as to children and other beachgoers.

Please also remember to clean up after yourself and leave the beach area as you found it (or better!). We all share this space, and keeping it clean and safe is something we can easily do together.

I know we’re a community that cares about our neighborhood, and I know we can do better. ❤️

It takes the right tools to get the job done—but even more importantly, it takes the right people.

After being hit by a second storm, our community once again came together to clean up, lend a hand, and help one another. A special thank you to Eric, Eric, Daryl, Gwen, and Tina for stepping up when it mattered most. Your hard work, teamwork, and willingness to help are what make this community so special.

It’s not just the tools that get the job done—it’s the people behind them. Thank you all for your time, dedication, and for showing what community is all about.

🐾 LOST CAT – PLEASE HELP US FIND PHOENIX! 🐾

Phoenix is missing and may have become frightened during the recent storm. His family is very worried and is asking everyone to keep an eye out for him.

If you see Phoenix or have any information about his whereabouts, please call or text 443-694-3251 right away.

Please check under porches, decks, sheds, bushes, and other small hiding places where a scared cat might seek shelter. Even if you only think you’ve seen him, let his family know.

Please share this post to help bring Phoenix home safely. ❤️🐈

The Community Association is excited to share that a neighborhood Block Party is scheduled for September 26, 2026. We can’t wait to bring everyone together for food, fun, and good company.

We all take pride in our neighborhood, and it only stays that way when everyone does their part. Please help keep our community clean by using the trash receptacle provided.

If you bring it with you, please take a moment to throw it away before you leave. A few extra seconds can make a big difference in keeping our common areas clean and enjoyable for everyone.
