Neighbors: there have been concerns voiced recently on 2 matters. First, a young man speeding though the neighborhood on a dirt bike. Second, loud talking and foul language coming from outside at 1am on Farmingdale Court. A Dark Chevy Volt 4 Door License was observed (with the engine running, headlights on and lights on inside). The vehicle eventually left before the police arrived. The officer looked up the license # and said the vehicle was associated with “Prior for Drugs.”

If either of these individuals/groups frequent your home, we ask that you let them know that this behavior will not be tolerated and we ask that all guests be respectful of our neighbors.

We encourage everyone to be vigilant and if either incident occurs again, or other similar incidents, call the police if necessary.

Farmingdale court neighbors with the recently downed mailbox that is non operational:

Post master is taking care of mail box asap, they are taking responsibility for fixing it (good news for us).

In the mean time, mail is being held at the Lake Shore post office, just explain you live on Farmingdale Court and our cluster box was knocked down so mail is being held. They found the box and gave us our mail quickly this morning so you shouldn't encounter any issues.

Neighbors-please be sure to put your trash & recycle cans away today before the snow begins, and please remove all vehicles from the streets and place them in your driveway where possible. If snow removal becomes necessary our contractors will need the space to maneuver their vehicles and to have places to dump snow out of the way. Thanks!
