High Point Improvement Association

High Point Improvement Association High Point is a water-privileged community of over 600 homes in Pasadena, Maryland.

Residents enjoy a private boat ramp, pier and community beach on Stony Creek in Pasadena. The High Point Improvement Association is a non-profit corporation and has been a voluntary community association since 1939. HPIA is not a home owners association and does not set or enforce any neighborhood covenants. All HPIA actions are voted on and approved at community meetings that are open to all memb

ers. The association has three goals, which are to foster a sense of community among our residents, to represent the community’s interests with the county and state, and to protect and preserve our private water privileges, which improve our property values and quality of life.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to have connected with wonderful neighbors and vendors, and I'm excited to focus on nurturing our community's growth in new ways.

As I've come to realize, prioritizing my responsibilities as a mom and employee haven’t provided me much time recently to support this page as it is needed.

It's been a privilege to play a small part in bringing our community together, and I look forward to seeing the incredible things High Point will achieve.

A butcher shop is opening in Severna Park, marking its first Maryland location. The business will replace a pet groomer, which moved 2 miles down the road.
