High Point Improvement Association High Point is a water-privileged community of over 600 homes in Pasadena, Maryland.

Residents enjoy a private boat ramp, pier and community beach on Stony Creek in Pasadena. The High Point Improvement Association is a non-profit corporation and has been a voluntary community association since 1939. HPIA is not a home owners association and does not set or enforce any neighborhood covenants. All HPIA actions are voted on and approved at community meetings that are open to all memb

ers. The association has three goals, which are to foster a sense of community among our residents, to represent the community’s interests with the county and state, and to protect and preserve our private water privileges, which improve our property values and quality of life.

Our very first High School Open House will take place one month from today, on September 20! The Divine Mercy Academy High School will open in Fall 2027 and will feature:

- An integrated sacramental life, including daily Mass, Rosary, Angelus, and Chaplet; regular Adoration and Confession; integration of the Faith into the curriculum; and celebrations of Catholic feasts, saints, and culture.

- A Catholic classical liberal arts curriculum that is Christ and Catholic Church-centered and includes Great Books, the arts, and a pedagogy based in wonder and curiosity.

- Mission-aligned and vocationally-driven faculty and staff and mission-aligned families.

- A tech-minimal environment where students are free to learn and connect with great texts, each other, and God!

- A culture of joy and love for truth, beauty, and goodness!
