High Point Improvement Association

High Point Improvement Association High Point is a water-privileged community of over 600 homes in Pasadena, Maryland.

Residents enjoy a private boat ramp, pier and community beach on Stony Creek in Pasadena. The High Point Improvement Association is a non-profit corporation and has been a voluntary community association since 1939. HPIA is not a home owners association and does not set or enforce any neighborhood covenants. All HPIA actions are voted on and approved at community meetings that are open to all memb

ers. The association has three goals, which are to foster a sense of community among our residents, to represent the community’s interests with the county and state, and to protect and preserve our private water privileges, which improve our property values and quality of life.

🚨🚨 UPDATE: Due to the Primary Election Day and in accordance with the AACPS calendar, we will NOT have strength and conditioning sessions on Tuesday, 6/23. The first session for summer strength and conditioning will now be on THURSDAY, 6/25. 🚨🚨

We are offering summer strength and conditioning sessions for any Northeast athlete who would like to work on their conditioning, stamina, agility, and strength training. This is a great opportunity for fall athletes to get ready for tryouts in August!

Conditioning sessions are offered most Tuesdays and Thursdays in June and July from 8:00-9:30 AM in the Northeast stadium. The first session will begin on THURSDAY, 6/25

Sessions are run by Coach Leaf (Varsity Girls Soccer Coach) and other Northeast athletics coaches.

Cancellations will be posted on the NHS athletics website & page.
