Our booth is filled with beautiful, handmade items created by our talented Guild members. Every purchase supports the Valley Quilters Guild, and our Fair booth is our biggest fundraiser of the year!

It’s the first day of the Alaska State Fair!

Here’s a look at just some of the beautiful quilts on display from our talented Valley Quilters Guild members. You can find these quilts, along with many more incredible entries, inside the Irwin Building.

While you’re there, make sure to check out some of the quilting demonstrations by our awesome Guild members. Stop by, say hello, watch them in action, and see some of the talent and creativity that goes into this wonderful craft.

🧵 The Valley Quilters Guild Alaska State Fair Booth is ready! 🪡✨

A huge THANK YOU to every one of our talented members who spent their time sewing, quilting, creating, and donating items for this year’s Fair Booth. Look at everything you helped fill it with!

The Fair Booth Committee has been hard at work getting everything set up, organized, and ready to go for Friday!

Be sure to stop by during the Fair and check out all the beautiful handmade quilts, bags, gifts, and one-of-a-kind creations made by our guild members.

Every stitch represents hours of creativity, patience, and love, and sharing that work with the community is something to be proud of. Whether it’s your first entry or your fiftieth, we can’t wait to see the incredible talent on display.

You can enter your quilts at the fair and it’s FREE to enter!
