For the third straight year, the quartet Drastic Measures had the honor of lending their voices to the City of Port Hueneme Memorial Day Ceremony, where music floated across the pier like ribbons of remembrance on the ocean breeze. Surrounded by veterans, families, service members, and the steady rhythm of the surf, their harmonies became part tribute, part prayer, carrying gratitude skyward for those who gave everything in service to our country. Three years in, this meaningful tradition continues to weave together community, reflection, and the enduring power of song. 🇺🇸🎶

It was an all-hands-on-deck kind of fabulous musical evening with our incredible coach, Laura, at the helm! 🎶✨ Every section was firing on all cylinders as voices rang, chords locked, and laughter danced between the notes. Laura guided us with her signature spark, polishing every phrase until the music shimmered with energy and heart. By the end of the night, the room felt less like rehearsal and more like a full-blown celebration of harmony, teamwork, and the joy of making music together.

The second annual VUSD Concert Choir Showcase brought voices together in the very best way. Choruses and quartets shared the stage, filling the room with ringing chords, warm laughter, and the unmistakable magic that happens when singers unite in song.
