Enjoying the The Port of Hueneme Banana Festival today! We have been happily chatting with everybody who has stopped by the Mystic Whaler booth! We've also been enjoying playing our "Name the parts of the ship" game with so many young people (and adults, too!). 🍌

The ocean has a way of turning a normal school day into pure magic. 🐬✨

​Nothing compares to the energy on deck when a pod of wild dolphins decides to ride the bow wake right alongside us. Between learning about STEAM, marine ecology, and hands-on seamanship aboard the schooner Mystic Whaler, these students got an unforgettable front-row seat in the best classroom in the world.

​Moments like this remind us why ocean-based learning matters - fostering curiosity, respect for our waters, and memories that last a lifetime.
