The Kiwanis Club of Orangevale - Fair Oaks invites you to play in our 3rd Annual Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament, April 25 at Scotty's Hideaway! Check in for the tournament will begin at Noon and the tournament starts at 1pm. Fantastic prizes can be won, including the Grand Prize of a $500 Visa Gift Card sponsored by Total Landscape Concepts. Miller’s Ace Hardware is donating one of the top prizes from their spectacular inventory plus they are donating a wheelbarrow which will be filled with bottles of booze for one of the winners!

One of the ways that makes our Poker Tournament more fun and unique, is that we randomly give away door prizes to the poker players throughout the first few rounds. To get things started the Orangevale Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the first drink for each player as well - all included in the buy in!

What a fantastic way to go into the holiday season! This year's 6th Annual Pajama Drive was a rounding success with over 300 pairs of pajamas donated! Thank you so much to all our amazing drop off locations and the wonderful members of our community that donated to this great cause. We’re here at the OV History Museum and Santa is all set for a great afternoon. If you’ve been wanting a little more time with the big guy, today’s the day.

From 12 to 3 you can stop by, grab a treat, let the kids jump into some crafts, and get those Santa photos checked off the list.

And make sure you watch the video . . . there’s a special note from Santa about something he’s doing at this event only when kids write their Santa letters. You don’t want to miss it.

A special thanks to County Supervisor Rosario Rodriguez for sponsoring today’s visit. Santa confirmed it . . . she’s definitely on the nice list.

What a night at Scotty’s Hideaway for the Annual PJ Party. Scotty’s event is always a hit and this year was no different. We collected loads of pajamas for our Christmas PJ Drive, the 50/50 raffle brought in a generous donation, and the club had a great time together.

A big thank you to Scott Lacy for his tremendous support of our Kiwanis club in all that we do in the community. Those PJ donations are going to help make Christmas a little snuggly and warm for a lot of kids this year.

We’re back at it! The OV-FO Kiwanis Club is collecting PJs for kids in need this Christmas and we need your help!

Wowza! Look at these results! What a great time we had being part of this wonderful community event. Team Kiwanis Where All Thighs Are Welcome represented well! And finished in the top four in the team fundraising - bringing in over $1000 from generous donors. Special thanks to Dave and Susan Houghten for their enthusiasm and hard work in representing our club!

Thanks also to everyone who supported our team. Now over 600 local families in the community will enjoy a Thanksgiving meal. Wishing everybody a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving from us! 🧡🦃

The Kiwanis Club of Citrus Heights is helping the Kiwanis Club of Orangevale - Fair Oaks for their Annual Holiday Pajama Drive. The club is collecting new pajamas for kids of all ages — from infants to teens.

🩵 Bigger teen sizes are especially needed this year. Every pair donated brings warmth, comfort, and a smile to a child in need this Christmas.

✨ Drop off your pajama donations at our next monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 19th at 6 PM at R Vida Cantina — or simply scan the QR code to order from the Amazon registry and have them shipped directly to their club!
