Downtown Odessa's Director works closely with the Odessa City Council and City Manager's Office in the city's downtown economic development efforts. Mission Statement: "Downtown Odessa, Inc. is dedicated to the creative utilization, historical preservation and promotion of the greater downtown area for the benefit of Odessa."
