Neighborhood Watch Meeting – Domestic Violence Awareness

Neighborhood Watch tonight will be held tonight at 6pm in the PAL Gymnasium, located at 1015 N. County Rd. West. 💊 We had a great turnout last night at the Facing Emergency Narcotics in Texas Class! Thank you to the 26 teens and parents that attended and received valuable information about a wide variety of topics that our community is facing. Thank you as always to Jess and Don with Medical Center Health System for always hosting such an important class! If you and your teen are interested in attending, the next class will be held Monday, November 16th. Flyer will be posted soon! 💊

💊The next FENT Class hosted by Medical Center Health System’s Trauma Department is on Monday, October 26th! This class is mandatory for to***co citations, but is open to any teen in the community. Please email Jess at [email protected] to register. The class is free, but space is limited! Teens will receive 5 hours of community service, a certificate of completion and Narcan.💊

♻️ Thank you to all the teens that showed up for trash pick up this Saturday! 25 teens joined the Black Chamber of Commerce’s Fall Community Clean up and made a huge impact in the extended neighborhoods around Woodson Boys & Girls Club. Thank you to the Black Chamber for always including our teens in your events. Our next monthly trash pick up will be Saturday, November 7th. We will be participating in Basin Action Day, so be ready to show up and represent Odessa and Ector County! Location and time to be announced soon.♻️

We had a great Teen Financial Literacy Class hosted by SouthWest Bank last Thursday! Thank you to everyone who attended for education, and thank you to the staff at SouthWest for investing in our teens! If you are interested in attending, we will announce the next class date soon!
