Oconomowoc Scholarship Fund The Oconomowoc Scholarship Fund helps bridge the financial gap for area student's college dreams.

The Oconomowoc Scholarship Fund is a community-based, non-profit organization 501(c)(3) whose purpose is to encourage post high-school study by Oconomowoc area students. Any student who is a resident of the Oconomowoc Area School District is eligible to apply. Scholarships are awarded annually to students planning four years of undergraduate study or to students planning a two-year program at a te

chnical college. Funding for scholarships relies on general public contributions and seeks support via fund raising activities and in general solicitations in the community. Criteria considered in selection process include academic achievement, citizenship, career goals, and general appearance of the application.

Oh What A Night! 🎉

Thanks to the generosity of families, businesses, memorials, estate gifts, individual mail-in and online donations, as well as through fundraising events, we are thrilled to announce that 22 scholarships totaling $230,000 have been awarded to outstanding local 2026 graduates. 🎉

These awards go beyond good grades; they are a holistic recognition of the student's financial need, strong character, academic journey, community service, extracurricular dedication, and their unique backgrounds.

The Oconomowoc Scholarship Fund honors 79 years of investing in our community and celebrates the bright future of these incredible individuals.

The skies have finally cleared, and the sun is shining brightly today - a welcome sight after the turbulent storms that swept through last week.

As we take a moment to breathe in the fresh air, we also want to turn our thoughts toward the future. If your family is in a position to do so, we would be grateful for your support of the OSF this season. Your contributions go directly to funding scholarships for this year's applicants, helping turn higher education dreams into reality.

This year has been particularly special. We received over 70 applications from the most diverse group of students we've ever seen, representing a wide array of high schools. Notably, we saw more applicants from two-year colleges than ever before, showcasing a vibrant commitment to learning across all paths.

The next few weeks are critical.

The decisions made now will determine exactly how many awards we can provide to the Class of 2026. Every bit of support helps ensure that talent and ambition aren't held back by financial barriers.

Our 2026 Appeal represents the final opportunity to give to the Oconomowoc Scholarship Fund (OSF) for scholarships that will be awarded this school year.

While many local residents and businesses will receive the letter below, this is truly a community-wide effort. Everyone is invited and encouraged to participate!

Any contribution you can make today will go directly toward supporting a deserving high school graduate from the Oconomowoc area.
