Oconomowoc Kiwanis

Oconomowoc Kiwanis Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time.

The Breakfast Club Chapter was chartered in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin on Wednesday, April 16, 1980. The six permanent Values of Kiwanis International were approved by Kiwanis club delegates at the 1924 Kiwanis International Convention in Denver, Colorado. Through the decades, they have remained unchanged.

1. To give primacy to the human and spiritual rather than to the material values of life.
2. To

encourage the daily living of the Golden Rule in all human relationships.
3. To promote the adoption and the application of higher social, business and professional standards.
4. To develop, by precept and example, a more intelligent, aggressive and serviceable citizenship.
5. To provide, through Kiwanis clubs, a practical means to form enduring friendships, to render altruistic service and to build better communities.
6. To cooperate in creating and maintaining that sound public opinion and high idealism which make possible the increase of righteousness, justice, patriotism and goodwill.

From Oconomowoc Food Pantry - July 24, 2026

"Dear Santa,

Well, you and your Kiwanis friends did it again! For the 4th year in a row your "Stuff the Sleigh" event at Metro Market (Pabst Farms) was a huge success, resulting in a donation of 55 boxes of food donated to the Food Pantry!

We have noticed that aside from fund raisers that we are directly involved in (like the annual Postal Food Drive) this is by far the most successful in terms of how much food we receive. We are so thankful to you for having this great idea and carrying it out year after year!

We so appreciate your desire to give back to your community. This great event makes it possible for us to continue our mission of providing food to families and individuals in need who reside in the Oconomowoc Area School District or have an Oconomowoc mailing address. Your support is greatly appreciated by all of us who volunteer or utilize the pantry.

All are invited to the City's Memorial Day Remembrance on Monday, May 25. Morning begins at the bandshell with a concert and speakers followed by the parade through downtown to the cemetery.
