💁‍♀️So I have been getting into skin care more as I am approaching 40 🫣

I recently joined as an Independent 🫧💖Beauty Consultant with 💄Mary Kay and I am with the most 👏🏻amazing👏🏻 team of women - honestly it’s what drew me into it. I was just going to treat myself to product but I ended up wanting to spend more time with them so I signed up! 🤭

My ask for those who are here, while you wait for me to put dates on the calendar for play dates with our littles, do I have any interest here for a moms night out? I’m talking 🥰camaraderie, 🧃bevies, ☕️coffee, 🍿snacks, and 🎉 freebies just for showing up! 👏🏻

Theres one coming up 🗓️ this Monday night at CoPilot Coffee in Waukesha for holiday looks before the holidays🎄✝️ take hold!

💁‍♀️Perfect if you’re also wanting to NETWORK with other like minded women and talk about what it is that YOU do! 🎉🫶🏻

Overall, I’d love to see some faces from this group either at a future play date or one of these “no kids tonight” events!

I’m about to walk a lap around Nixon Park with my cutie pie, coffee, and breakfast sandwich…. Oh and the delicious treat for fall that Inclusion had on their register table!

This is for the moms and caregivers who are in “it” and looking for support or knowing someone else understands. And this is to honor all the individuals who make our lives so fulfilled and beautiful!

I’ll be outside today! 🌥️. It’s not going to rain anymore today! 🌥️☺️

This Thursday is coming up fast!

And I'm wondering how many will be planning on joining me?

There are several moms that say they want to make the 'next' event, so here's an opportunity to do so!

As long as the weather cooperates, we'll walk around the park. ALL ARE WELCOME!

If it rains, let's plan on meeting at the Hartland library!

I'm continuing these walks to advocate for my son who has DS in Lake Country as I am aware he is only one in a few 1-3 year olds that live in this area!

I also am continuing this as a way to meet other moms who may have a child with special needs!

Six-year-old Lainey and 4-year-old Millie have a message they love to share: hearing aids are cool!

The Oconomowoc sisters, who both have hearing loss and have worn hearing aids since they were babies, are hosting their fourth annual LemonAID Stand on Aug. 27 at their home.

Will you be joining me for a walk and play date tomorrow? This will be a great way to advocate for children with special needs and learn more about what inclusion really means. Ages 0-100.

It’s the last day of July today. At least in my mom brain I think it is. Let me double check the calendar!

And there’s been so much happening!

I just want to provide an update of my goal of having my car back so I can get back to meeting some of you amazing moms!

We’re looking to be able to fix the car by the end of August.

—- unless there’s anyone in this group who knows someone who works on cars??

My RAV4 front wheel alignment is shaky and loose. I think it’s either suspension wear or unbalanced driveshaft or worn inner tie rods. I can never remember the technical details after my husband explains. It will probably cost $1,200-1800 + total to fix.

💦 While I wait, I’m wondering if there are any moms here who want to have a pool day? I live at Hackney House apartments with my 1 and 3 year old and there’s a community pool. I’m allowed one guest at a time but it could be a fun play date for our kiddos while it’s hot out!

I’ve also been trying to gather moms here for a walk behind us on The Lake Country Trail but it never was a popular turn out…even though our walk connects us to the Y and is actually quite peaceful and enjoyable.

📆 I still have August 20 and August 27 on the calendar for an outing with this group. I really hope you can make it! Check it out! Both dates support a meaningful cause!

🫶🏻 Shoutout to my friend who I won’t name for her privacy for dropping off a care package to my door. That truly brought me to tears. Life hasn’t been very easy on me but I know it could always be worse. And you made it so much lighter with your thoughtfulness and care.
