Last week during the Learn to Hunt Program, they had some chances but it just didn’t come together. That’s hunting; lessons learn, memories made and the fire to get back out.

Fast forward to this weekends youth hunt… they went back out, trusted the process and it all paid off. A successful hunt and the moment that won’t be forgotten!

When the plan comes together…it comes together. We are so excited for ALL our hunters in our 2026 Learn to Turkey Hunt! An even bigger heartfelt recognition and thank you to the mentors who worked to prepare, instruct, scout, and ultimately guide each through an absolutely unforgettable past few days.

To EVERYONE who helped make our event another success…we are grateful 🦃

Our Year in the Hunting Life program kicked off last month! We excitedly welcomed our program participants tonight after a few weeks with their mentors to ‘talk turkey‘ during our classroom session 🦃

Tomorrow they will join their mentors in the woods on their first turkey hunt! Good luck to Anthony, Bert, LaTroy, and Corrie!

Shoot straight and we can’t WAIT to hear your stories! 🏹

…and we have a winner! Our 2026 Fresh from Nature Fan Favorite winner to be exact!

Congratulations to Chef Nate and Chef Caleb of Crawfish Junction for bring their ‘A’ game while highlighting moose as their protein in not one but TWO preparations to successfully bring home the trophy.

They set the bar for 2027 and they get FIRST PICK of proteins!

Our Kanati board cannot wait to visit in the next few weeks and enjoy their food and company again.

THANK YOU to all the chefs and guests who came together for another unforgettable night of great food and even better memories. Thanks to all of you…we exceeded our goal to support our scholarship and outdoors programs. We are so grateful to you for your continued support for our mission.
