But we were excited to give him a fresh tour this week of the final phase of construction, for which he secured vital federal funding. According to National Low Income Housing Coalition's report, California has the highest housing wage - an estimate of the hourly wage ($16.90 in California) a full-time worker must earn to afford a rental home at HUD's Fair Market Rent without spending more than 30% of their income on housing costs.
