A big Thank You to the Bearded Brother’s Sunrooms for allowing us to be a part of the booth at the 3rd Annual Pro Rodeo. It was a great time interacting with the community and helping our alumni with raffle tickets. Our students were able to watch some of the greatest athletes and animals compete as well. We greatly appreciate The Bearded Brother’s Sunrooms for this opportunity. If you didn’t get a chance for a raffle ticket be sure to check with one of our alumni members! 💙💛💙💛

Teacher workday = a little Vet Science Practice today and a little farm call from Rocky River Large Animal. We had to call the vet out today for one of our goats and what better way to practice the hands on practicum for tomorrow’s contest. Our team had to help pick the correct syringe and needle along with filling up the syringe with the medication to give to one of the goats. Thankful for the hands on opportunity and for the Dr. Hartsell and Hattie for explaining and working with our team.

Learning to do, Doing to Learn 💙💛

It might have been hot, but it didn’t stop our students from showing and teaching the community about AGRICULTURE at the Annual Agri Civic Days of Stanly County at the Farm Bureau Livestock Arena of Stanly County.

Our members had a great day showing lambs and goats, giving pony rides and sharing information about general agriculture at our booth. Thank you for a great day!! 💙💛🪴🚜🐑💛💙
