2 weeks ago today, part of our Take Heart Missions team arrived back in Guatemala! It was such a blessing to be back with so many we consider family. We have missed the smiles, the culture, and most of all the love they have for the Lord! We always come back with certain situations on our hearts and beg for understanding. Sometimes, it's never clear but we know He has control over it all.
The vocational and feeding center is doing great! We pray for more students to bless!
There is a big need for shoes at Pinada, a little village Hilmar began the ministry with. We saw the bottoms of children's feet through the soles of their shoes, and little toes poking out the ends. We would love to supply Pinada with the funds to buy shoes for all of the children there (approx. 70). What a blessing this would be!! If you feel led to donate a small amount for shoes, you can do so directly on the website or message us. If we receive more than is needed, we will also buy some clothing.
