Thank you for making the Rockland County YMCA’s 18th Annual Golf Outing a success!

With more than 88 golfers, sponsors, supporters, volunteers, and staff in attendance, we raised over $25,000 to support financial assistance for local children and families.

We truly want to thank everyone who participated and supported this year's outing — our foursomes, individual golfers, sponsors, supporters, volunteers, and staff. Your generosity and commitment helped make this incredible day possible and will have a lasting impact on our community.

Get ready for an action-packed week! The YMCA Volleyball Camp emphasizes fundamentals, technique & hard work. Train with experienced coaches to maximize your volleyball skills every day!

101 years old. Still driving. Still swimming. Still showing up.

A recent story about Betty Morris, a 101-year-old YMCA member in Mississippi, is a pretty great reminder of something we see every day:

Staying active matters. Betty swims daily at her local Y and credits movement, routine, and community as part of what keeps her going. That is exactly why places like the Y matter.

At the Rockland YMCA, our goal is to help people of all ages keep moving, stay connected, and build healthy routines that last.
