Now is the time to sign up for the 30th annual Montefiore Nyack Hospital Blow Away Breast Cancer Virtual 5K Run/Walk!
Get ready to run or walk to Blow Away Breast Cancer Saturday, October 17 through Saturday, October 31. Proceeds from the Blow Away Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk support the comprehensive breast cancer and screening programs offered at The Breast Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital.
This year, the Run/Walk will be virtual to protect the safety of everyone participating as the Covi-19 pandemic continues.
As a virtual event, you pick their own course and run or walk anytime between 12:01am on Saturday, October 17 and 11:59pm on Saturday, October 31. Then post your results and photos on the event website: www.runsignup.com/2020BABC or here on Facebook.
Prizes will be given to the Blow Away Team – the team that raises the most to Blow Away Breast Cancer; the Many Mammaries Team – the team with the most members; and the Halloween Seen Team – the team that dresses the most creatively on the final day of the event, Halloween.

Registration is $25 for youth ages 18 and younger, and $35 for adults. Race packets include a race Tee-shirt, wristband, participant ribbon, and a “Here Comes the Sun” facemask designed by New York artist, Jason Naylor. Participants are encouraged to register early - race packets will be mailed to everyone who registers – while supplies last.
