June is PTSD Awareness Month. 🎗️At American Legion Post 518 in North Mankato, we stand with our local veterans. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder affects many who served. You do not have to carry this weight alone.
Be the one to make a difference:
ASK veterans in your life how they are doing.
LISTEN when a veteran needs to talk.
REACH OUT if you notice a veteran is struggling.
If you or a veteran you love needs immediate support, dial 988 and Press 1 to reach the Veterans Crisis Line.
Stop by the Post on Commerce Street to connect with fellow veterans who understand. We are stronger together.

Today, we celebrate the birthday of the United States Army and honor the soldiers who have defended our nation since 1775.

From the Revolutionary War to today's missions around the globe, generations of Army soldiers have answered the call with an unwavering commitment to duty.

To all who have worn the Army uniform: thank you for your service and sacrifice.

Happy 251st Birthday, Army!

Happy 251st birthday, U.S. Army! 🎉 🪖 Today, we celebrate when the U.S. Army was formed in 1775 by the Second Continental Congress, making the Army the oldest U.S. military branch and older than the United States. Thank you to all who’ve served and currently are serving! ❤️
