Our Culinary Arts students were serving up some delicious creations from the kitchen today! We got to enjoy shrimp tacos and raspberry crepes, and they were absolutely delicious! 🌮
We can’t wait to see what else these students can do as they continue building their skills—and it’s only week two of class! 👏

The Foundation has been busy this week hosting Scholarship Workshops on both our North Mankato and Faribault campuses for students receiving scholarships!

It has been so much fun seeing students back on campus and hearing their stories, dreams, and goals. Most importantly, we love seeing firsthand the impact these scholarships have on their education and their future.

Thank you to all of our generous donors who make these opportunities possible! Your support truly makes a difference and helps our students succeed.

We are incredibly grateful to our generous donors who gifted each student in our evening welding class a welding helmet! 🔥 👩‍🏭👨‍🏭

These helmets are more than just equipment—they are an investment in our students, their education, and their future careers. Providing students with the tools they need to learn and succeed helps remove barriers and allows them to focus on developing the skills that will prepare them for the workforce.

☕️ The Disbursement Café was brewing up something special! ☕️

The Foundation was excited to partner with our Financial Aid Advisors to bring students The Disbursement Café—a relaxed, coffeehouse-style event designed to help students feel prepared and confident as they navigate their financial aid disbursement.

Students had the opportunity to connect one-on-one with Financial Aid Advisors, review their aid status, get answers to their questions, and estimate potential refunds.💰📚

Financial Aid loved creating a welcoming space where students could grab a cup of coffee, ask questions, and get the support they need to start the semester on the right foot.
