High school students from across southern Minnesota recently participated in Transportation Works! Get Your Future In Gear!, a two-day immersive experience designed to introduce students to the many rewarding careers available in the transportation industry.

Through hands-on activities, industry tours, and conversations with professionals, students explored career pathways in automotive engineering, heavy equipment operation, auto body and collision repair, diesel technology, truck maintenance, aviation, drone technology, and more.

Programs like Transportation Works! help students connect their interests and talents with high-demand, high-wage careers that keep our communities moving while building Minnesota's future workforce.

💙 Trauma-informed leadership starts with caring for the people who care for others.

Join us for Leading Through the Weight of the Work: Care for Secondary Traumatic Stress, a full-day training designed for school administrators and leadership teams committed to supporting educator and staff wellbeing in trauma-exposed school environments.

Participants will explore how leadership practices, organizational culture, and supervisory approaches can help reduce the impact of Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS) while strengthening staff sustainability, engagement, and retention. 🌱
