Support Options Mankato We empower people to make life-affirming decisions regarding pregnancy, relationships and health. All of our services are free and confidential.

We are a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to helping women who are facing an unplanned or difficult pregnancy. We offer limited obstetrical ultrasounds, medical quality pregnancy tests, education, material resources, and referrals. Options Mankato has stemmed from a need in the Mankato area for positive solutions for women making difficult choices; empowering them and supporting them

afterward. We are medically accredited by AAAHC, and we are affiliated with Elevate Life and Heartbeat International, pregnancy help organizations that provide women facing an unplanned pregnancy with confidential, practical services. We want everyone to know their options. Our dedicated staff and volunteers are here to provide information and support as you make decisions that are right for you. Options Mankato does not offer or refer for abortions.

We're excited for the first ever Options Moms Play Date coming up this summer! Current and former clients of Options will have a chance to meet other moms and support each other on their journey.

If you are a current or former client of Options Mankato, we invite you to join us for a play date at the Sibley Park playground on June 18, 2026 from 10am to 11am. This is a great chance to get to know other moms while your kids play! Lemonade and snacks will be provided.

Not a client yet? Come anyway and learn about our parenting education program for expecting parents and parents of ages 0-5.

It’s that time of year again—our 5th Annual Diaper Drive is here! 👶
We’re honored to partner with Options Mankato with a goal of collecting 10,000+ diapers for families in our community.

And thanks to YOU, we’ve already collected 1,000 diapers in just 2 days! 💛

Donations (diapers or cash) will be accepted all throughout April.

We’re seeking ultrasound models!

If you know of someone in their first trimester, see if they'd like to be an ultrasound model on April 3 to help our medical staff stay accredited. They will receive a free gift card, ultrasound print, and items from the Baby Store! Openings are available from 10am to 2pm on April 3. Models must schedule an appointment by using the signup link optionsmankato.com/ultrasound.
