Elderly Housing Management Elderly Housing Management, Inc. (EHM) is a non-profit management firm incorporated in 1974. We specialize in working with non-profit housing providers.

For more than forty years, Elderly Housing Management has provided local non-profit organizations with professional real estate management services by trained and experienced personnel who see their purpose as balancing the needs of the real estate with the comfort and convenience of the residents. Our motto, "we manage to make a good home for everyone", is meant to include the residents, owners,

and staff. EHM corporate staff supports local staff with financial expertise to see that the housing maintains its fiscal health; social services expertise to ensure that the residents are enabled to make the most of their community; and corporate support and training to provide skills and backup for the local staff. The combination of local site staff -- whose focus is the particular housing they manage, and central support staff -- who provide training, supervision, backup and expertise creates a fabric of strength and quality which allows the non-profit owner to set policies and standards on a limited budget of time and money.

🎉 Residents Enjoy Summer Picnic at Grace House in Waterbury! 🌞

Last month, the residents of Grace House came together for a fun-filled summer picnic celebrating community, connection, and good company.

Residents enjoyed a delicious lunch from The Pig Rig BBQ Food Truck of Wallingford, participated in games with prizes, and had the chance to win exciting raffle items. The afternoon was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of opportunities for neighbors to spend time together.

A special thank you to the Grace House site staff, who did an outstanding job hosting the event and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Their dedication helped make the day a tremendous success and provided a meaningful opportunity to serve our residents while bringing the community together.

At EHM, we are proud to support events like these that foster connections, create lasting memories, and enhance the quality of life for the residents we serve. ❤️
