Super proud of our Poverty Awareness Week Chair, Simran Thakur! 🤩

Quinnipiac Law student, Simran Thakur, JD '24, has been invited to present her paper, “The Divide Between Abortion Science and Law,” at the Yale Technology and Ethics meeting on Wednesday, February 14 at 3:00p.m. EST. The title of the talk, "The Ontology of Becoming You," will also feature Shizuko Takahashi, MD, PhD, an Obstetrics and Gynecologist at Medical Centers in Tokyo, Japan.

Happy Thanksgiving Quinnipiac Law! This Thanksgiving, we're asking our friends and family to support the Quinnipiac Public Interest Law Project in it's 2024 fundraising goal for student grants.

PILP helps Quinnipiac Law students accept unpaid internships at vital nonprofit and government agencies, helping countless individuals facing legal issues. Last year, PILP raised over $17,000 to fund 6 student grants! This year’s fundraising goal is $20,000 – we know we can meet it with your help!

Can’t make it to the auction in-person? No problem!

We started using an online auction platform in 2021 and are happy to continue to provide friends & family from across the country, with the opportunity to participate in the auction!

For folks who are joining us in person, we HIGHLY recommend checking out the online auction as well. Just bring your phone or laptop with you. There are some items that are offered online only, or some duplicate items that are offered online and in-person. So increase your chances of winning and check out the online options as well.
