Riders, race through a closed-loop course filled with tight corners, fast straightaways then sprint to the finish line. O'Connell's has the best views as racers zoom by just inches from each other...their speeds and proximity are breath taking. We will be joined by massage therapist, Sonia Ghanaati, BS, LMT, FMS, USAW1. Sonia is the founder of The Recovery Standard Lab specializing in sports massage and corrective exercise for high-performance longevity. She is committed to helping runners and clients maintain peak tissue health and functional movement.

Sonia will demonstrate a brief pre run warmup sequence and also have her table for anyone that might be interested.
