Happy Friday SFARC followers and supporters! Today we’re giving a little spotlight to one of our supported pets. Your donations help furry family members in our community every single day!

Meet OG, which stands for “Original Garfield,” an absolutely adorable orange floof! His person receives pet food assistance and other services from us to keep OG healthy and happy (as well as maintaining that opulent floof,) and he’ll soon be neutered using the S.N.I.P. program with Norman Animal Welfare.

Just $10 donation helps feed beloved pets like OG for a month so they can stay with their person, and helps us provide additional services to pet owners in our local community. We had a wonderful time today at Norman Pride Festival telling people about our mission to keep pets with their people!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hi, took photos with Snow White, and/or donated to our cause!

(Also, everyone seemed to gravitate towards that Hedgehog—it wins the award today for the most popular of Snow White’s animal friends!)

This past Saturday, we had the pleasure of participating in Norman Animal Welfare’s “Spring Paws” event! We brought Snow White to the event for pet (and people) photos. Attendees could donate for shelter pup photos as well!

Here are a few of the fun photos we took that evening. The pups shown in these photos are all available for adoption!

What are you and your pets doing this Saturday? That’s right, you’re going to Norman Animal Welfare’s “Spring Paws” event from 5-8pm!

St. Francis will be there, with Snow White herself, hosting a fundraising event! For a suggested donation, your pets (and/or you!) can have their photo taken with every animal’s favorite princess!

You’ll also be able to donate toward adoptable animals getting their photos taken with Snow White as a gift for their future adoptive families!

We hope to see you all your happy smiling faces (and the slobbery ones too) there!

Great info!!

Your dog is a dumpster diving master. Your cat has never met a bouquet it can't shred in 2 minutes. But both pet pastimes are potentially dangerous.

Come join us at the Mutual Aid Fair today! We will have pet food, lots of supplies, pet tags, and you can sign up to have your pets spayed or neutered for free if you live in the Norman city limits!
