Bridging the social, economic and spiritual gaps in and around our community. To touch lives of our neighbors through tangible acts of compassion.

SERVE Village exists to create lasting change as it activates the power of community by inspiring service, creating space for connection, and celebrating the strengths of every neighbor. Bring local churches, businesses and organizations together in ways that they can serve, meet, and interact with their neighbors. For your lives to be opened to the needs within our own community as you and your family/friends are blessed from serving together. Serving our city by loving our community!

Some partners have been part of this Village since before it had a name. Faith Community is one of them.

Year after year, they show up to lead and organize the Giveaway, making sure neighbors across Hamilton County have what they need, no questions asked.

That is Compassion with no expiration date. Thank you for standing alongside your neighbors, year after year.

Now we need your help with one more thing: who’s coming with you? Tag the friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor you’ll bring to serve alongside you on the 14th.

Do you know a veteran who could use a helping hand?

On Saturday, November 14, Villagers from SERVE Village will spend the morning honoring the veterans who have given so much to Hamilton County. We will be helping with cosmetic cleanup projects, inside or outside the home, for veterans in our community.

Here is where you come in. Nominate a veteran you know and tell us a little of their story. A family member, a friend, the neighbor down the street, or even yourself!

Nominations are open through Friday, November 6, so our team has plenty of time to plan and coordinate each project before the big day.

Thank you for helping us celebrate the hometown heroes who make our community stronger. 💛

We need your time, hands, backs, and smiles TOMORROW!

At SERVE Village, we go where we're needed, when we're needed, and right now our Neighbors in Riverwood have started rebuilding. We're helping them hang drywall, and we need your help.

No skills needed! Our crew lead will show you everything. Just bring yourself, a friend, and a willingness to get a little dusty.

We have an anticipated 3 year timeframe for recovery from the flood. We plan to shorten that timeframe as much as possible for our neighbors! Your help and support makes that possible!

Flood relief update!

Serve Village continues to help serve our neighbors with outdoor projects and clean up. We are deploying volunteers weekly on Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts.

We will be working with the Hamilton County Long-Term Recovery Group once they get set up and mobilized to help with reconstruction after insurance and federal funds have been in the exhausted.

Affected neighbors can request help for outdoor cleanup projects related to the flood by visiting www.servevillage.org.

Volunteers can find the latest opportunities to get engaged at our website as well.

Service works up an appetite, and Chuy's has never once let this Village go hungry.

Whether it is after a morning of sidewalk clean-up or a full day of SERVE Week projects, Chuy's shows up with a meal and a smile, no exceptions.

Thank you for keeping our neighbors fed and ready for whatever the day calls for.

Every veteran has a story. Some served overseas. Some served stateside. Many are still serving right here in Hamilton County as coaches, neighbors, volunteers, and friends.

On Saturday, November 14, SERVE Village is gathering Neighbors to give back to the veterans who have given so much. We’re putting the finishing touches on how we’ll serve, and we can’t wait to share more soon.

In the meantime, we want to hear from you. Finish this sentence in the comments:
“A veteran who shaped my life is ___ because ___.”

Every story helps us honor the people who make our community stronger.

Saturday, November 14 from 9 AM to 1 PM

Keep watching this space!
