During the gathering, the Gospel was shared in a way that felt personal. Real stories, real needs, and a message that met people right where they were. For a lot of the parents in that room, it was a moment they clearly needed. A chance to be reminded that what they are carrying does not have to be carried alone. The MTU team in Ukraine is so thankful to be present for moments like these.

Recently, parents gathered together for an evangelistic meeting. A worship team was there to lead everyone in music and singing, and it did not take long for the atmosphere to shift. Hearts that came in carrying weight began to find a little room to breathe. That is the kind of space the MTU team in Ukraine gets to help create for the families they serve.

When you serve people walking through some of life's hardest moments, you have to take care of your own heart too.
That is the lesson the MTU team in Ukraine carried home from this time together. They left strengthened, more honest with themselves, and reminded that sustainability in ministry is not a luxury. It is how they continue to show up with real compassion for the families they serve.

Grateful for a leadership board that invests in their team the way they do.

The seminar topic was simple but powerful: "Self-care: a necessity, not selfishness."
Dr. Joshua Kreymeier brought years of experience working with individuals, families, and military personnel walking through trauma and complex circumstances. His insight helped the MTU team in Ukraine reflect honestly on emotional resilience and what it means to protect your inner world so you can keep showing up for others.
It was practical. It was encouraging. And it was exactly what they needed.

The MTU team in Ukraine recently had the chance to step back, breathe, and be poured into.
Thanks to the care of the leadership board, they gathered for a psychological seminar led by Dr. Joshua Kreymeier, a counselor who has spent years serving people in Ukraine through trauma, loss, and some of life's hardest moments.
We are grateful for leaders who recognize that caring for others starts with caring for yourself.

Olga is battling cancer and waiting on her oncology reports. She is someone's mother, someone's friend, and she is known by God. Take 30 seconds and pray with us for her today. Even in the valley, He is with her.

Behind every box of baby food is a real story. A child who will be nourished. A mother who feels less alone. The team that makes that possible works quietly and consistently, handling large volumes of aid so that families in need receive what they need most.

That is what service looks like in practice. To support work like this, visit missiontoukraine.org.

Most ministry happens behind the scenes. Our Administrative Department shows up every day to receive, sort, and distribute baby formula and food supplies to families across the Zhytomyr region. It is physically demanding work that demands precision and care. But they do it faithfully because they know what is at stake.

Take a moment today to pray for this team and the families they serve. To learn more about Mission to Ukraine, visit missiontoukraine.org.
