Today we honor Black Balloon Day—a day to remember the lives lost to overdose and addiction. 🖤🎈

At Lifehouse, this day carries a deep and personal weight. We pause to remember the beautiful women who once walked through our doors, shared meals at our table, laughed in our living room, and fought their battles alongside us. Some of those women are no longer with us, and their absence is deeply felt.

Each one mattered.
Each one was loved.
Each one had a story that deserved more time.

Their lives were not defined by addiction. They were daughters, mothers, sisters, and friends. They were women with courage, humor, and hearts that touched ours.

At Lifehouse, their memories strengthen our commitment to keep fighting for the women who are still here and the ones who will walk through our doors in the future. We will keep loving loudly, supporting fiercely, and believing that recovery is possible. ✨

To the women we’ve lost:
You are not forgotten.
You are still part of our story.
And we carry your memory with us every single day. 🖤🎈
