Join us for one final 2026 evening of Good Ci**rs & Bad Advice. Sunday August 23...we'll get started at 6PM and stick around as long as the bad advice lasts...so...it could be a long night!

Bring your own adult beverage if you'd like and we'll have a supply of soft drinks and water on hand.

As always, the "Good Ci**rs" are optional (of course) but our expectations are pretty high for contributions to the "Bad Advice" piece of all this.

Hosted by the Host - if you're looking for a fun Saturday this coming weekend, join us at The Gathering House as we make a run to Ivanhoes for some ice cream (or anything else off their crazy menu!) and then it's back to The Gathering House for a classic game night.

Everything we need for a great evening. Easy company, good ci**rs (if you'd like), great stories (truth optional) and more bad advice than you might imagine.

The author of this post will heartily agree in person they are no expert on the balloon arts. However, when Hoosier Balloon Company told them this garland would stand up to over a week in our recent heat and still add a hint of welcoming whimsy to our current rentals, he was skeptical to say the least. Thankfully he was proven wonderfully wrong!
We want to extend our gratitude to all our local partners and community for finding little (and big!) ways to advance The Gathering House's mission of building community connections, uniting people across a diverse-growing community, and offering a meaningful place to engage!

The Gathering House is delighted to feature Carolina Jaramillo as our 3Q 2026 featured artist.

In her own words, “I enjoy capturing the beauty of nature and the vibrant colors around me through my paintings. Using pastels on paper, I aim to preserve the vivid contrast of tropical plants and flowers from my native Colombia, as well as the spring flowers that grow around my home in Indiana. I also find great inspiration for my oil on canvas works in landscapes such as sunrises, lake reflections, and colorful underwater coral reefs.”

Stop by The Gathering House when you can and take a moment to enjoy Carolina’s work.

Good Ci**rs & Bad Advice is back on the 28th!

Join us for another enjoyable evening at The Gathering House — Sunday, June 28, starting at 6PM till whenever the stories run out.
We’ll be out on the side deck for easy conversation, a mix of serious and seriously silly, and plenty of questionable life advice (you’ve been warned).

Ci**rs are welcome but totally optional. Bring your own adult beverage if you like; we’ll have water and soft drinks ready.

Come share a few stories, laugh a lot, and leave with at least one terrible idea to try at home.

See you at The Gathering House — 1372 Cherry Street, Noblesville.
