Become a member on our website: https://www.eglinspousesclub.org/membership-form On behalf of the Eglin Spouses’ Club (ESC), We would like to extend a sincere welcome to the beautiful Emerald Coast and the sunny Florida Panhandle. We are proud of our club and our community and hope your assignment to this area is enjoyable for you and your family. The Eglin Spouses' Club is open to all military spouses from all branches of service on active duty, widowed spouses, spouses of retired members of the armed forces, spouses of part time Guard and Reserve members, and spouses of Civil Service Employees, active or retired. ESC social gatherings consist of a monthly event. Throughout the month, there are also a variety of activities for you to enjoy. Some of the activities include Playgroups, Bunco, Mah Jongg, Book Club, and Lunch Bunch. Our activities and clubs provide such a wonderful place to make new friends and to relax that we hope you will consider joining one. If you have an interest that is not represented in the current activities list or would like to lead a group, please send us a private message or email us at [email protected]. Besides serving as a social outlet for its members, the ESC supports the greater Eglin community through charitable works. Some of the those volunteer efforts include raising charitable funds and scholarships through the ESC’s Thrift Shop, and volunteering out in the community when needed. HELP US KEEP OUR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM GOING!

We need someone to step up as our Scholarship Chair, or co-chairs willing to share the responsibility!

The application is already designed and ready to go! Duties include coordinating judges, reviewing applications, planning the scholarship ceremony, and overseeing the process.

Our deadline is December 1, 2026. Without someone stepping into this role, we will not be able to offer scholarships this year.

Did you know Eglin Spouses' Club has a Community Service Sub-Club?

In October, members baked cookies for Fisher House. In September, members lent a hand at the Mobile Food Pantry on Eglin.

Please join us in welcoming Carolyn Clark, our Eglin Spouses’ Club Second Vice President!

Carolyn brings an incredible wealth of experience, leadership, and business knowledge to ESC. After a 40-year career in the federal government, she retired with an extensive background in financial management, budgeting, program management, and organizational leadership. She also has experience starting and running several businesses, including rental properties, gourmet food stores, and construction companies.

Carolyn holds two master’s degrees, including one in Resource Management, and has completed doctoral coursework in Business and Technology with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Her professional background reflects a passion for strategic planning, problem-solving, and helping organizations succeed.

Outside of her professional career, Carolyn stays involved in the community by volunteering with several organizations and serving as Treasurer for the Niceville Republican Women Federation. She is also a proud military spouse, married to a retired service member, and a mom to one son.

When she isn't volunteering or working as a day trader, you can find Carolyn shopping for plants and spending time in her beloved rose gardens.

We are so excited to have Carolyn's experience, dedication, and enthusiasm on the ESC Executive Board! Help us give her a warm welcome in the comments!
