We are proud of our club and our community and hope your assignment to this area is enjoyable for you and your family. The Eglin Spouses' Club is open to all military sp

ouses from all branches of service on active duty, widowed spouses, spouses of retired members of the armed forces, spouses of part time Guard and Reserve members, and spouses of Civil Service Employees, active or retired. Throughout the month, there are also a variety of activities for you to enjoy. Some of the activities include Playgroups, Bunco, Mah Jongg, Book Club, and Lunch Bunch. Our activities and clubs provide such a wonderful place to make new friends and to relax that we hope you will consider joining one. If you have an interest that is not represented in the current activities list or would like to lead a group, please send us a private message or email us at [email protected]. Besides serving as a social outlet for its members, the ESC supports the greater Eglin community through charitable works. Some of the those volunteer efforts include raising charitable funds and scholarships through the ESC’s Thrift Shop, and volunteering out in the community when needed. To volunteer at the Thrift Shop, please call 850-678-4726 or email them at [email protected]. You can also check out their website www.eglinthriftshop.org. The Eglin Thrift Shop/Eglin Spouses Club is in search of a bookkeeper!! 🙌🏼

🔶90% remote position.
🔶Pay is based on experience.
🔶Must have military base access.

Basic Responsibilities for Bookkeeper:

**Recording Transactions: Tracking all income and expenses in preferred software.

**Reconciliation: Reconciling bank and credit card statements monthly.

**Payroll: Processing payroll, managing payroll tax, and paying bills/invoices.

**Coordinating tax and filing issues with our tax consultant

**Assist in data entry upkeep and spreadsheets

The 2026 Eglin Spouses’ Club Scholarship season is officially underway! 🎓✨
Thanks to the year-round dedication of the Eglin Thrift Store, we proudly support the college dreams of high school seniors and military spouses across the Eglin community.

Help us spread the word! In 2025 alone, nearly 40 students received scholarships totaling $50,000. This year, the ESC is excited to continue — and grow — our strong support of military-connected students as they pursue their educational goals. Deadline to submit is March 2nd!
