It’s National CPR & AED Awareness Week! 💙

Immediate action during a cardiac emergency can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival.

CPR and AEDs save lives, but only if someone is willing to step in and act!

This week is a reminder that lifesaving skills are not just for healthcare professionals. They are for parents, coaches, teachers, coworkers, friends, and neighbors.

The more people who know CPR and how to use an AED, the stronger and safer our community becomes.

At Freedom Life Compass, our Freedom Houses are more than just a place to stay — they are a safe, loving home for the women and children rebuilding their lives. We are always looking for small ways to make the houses feel more comfortable, peaceful, and cared for for every woman who walks through our doors. ❤️

Right now, we are in need of a few everyday essentials and comfort items:

✨ Q-tips
✨ Aluminum-free deodorant (natural brands like Humble are preferred)
✨ Size 10 little girls shoes (Target sizing usually works best)
✨ Natural face wipes
✨ Almond milk
✨ Juice boxes
✨ Fingernail clippers

Every donation, no matter how small, helps bring comfort, dignity, and care to the women and children in our program. Thank you for continuing to support the mission of helping women find healing, hope, and a fresh start. 💕

💜 Freedom Houses Needs Your Help 💜

At Freedom Life Compass, we are currently caring for over 30 women and children in our Freedom Houses program. Every single day, we work to provide safe housing, support, and warm meals for those rebuilding their lives.

With meals averaging about $10 per person, 3 times a day, food costs alone can reach nearly $18,000 every month. That is a huge need, and we cannot do it without the support of our community.

We are currently asking for grocery donations to help keep our pantry stocked and our families fed. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference for the women and children in our care. ❤️
