In 2025, nearly 70,000 Americans lost their lives to drug overdoses. While overdose deaths are declining, addiction continues to devastate families across the country, including here in Florida.

But recovery is possible.

Formerly struggling individuals are becoming Certified Recovery Peer Specialists, turning their experiences into hope for others.

You don't have to become another statistic. Your story could become someone else's survival story.

Choose recovery. Choose hope. Choose purpose.

Join us for International Overdose Awareness Day 2026 as our community comes together to remember those we have lost, support those who continue to fight addiction, and encourage individuals and families that recovery is possible. This meaningful evening is dedicated to raising awareness, breaking the stigma surrounding substance use disorder, and reminding our community that no one has to face this journey alone.

Whether you have personally experienced addiction, lost a loved one, work in healthcare or public safety, serve in ministry, or simply want to make a difference, this event is for you. Together, we can honor lives, inspire hope, and unite in the mission of preventing overdose.
