A Bed 4 Me Foundation We serve Okaloosa and Walton county. A Bed 4 Me qualifies each child and provides a bed kit at no cost to the families.

A Bed 4 Me is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to providing beds to children between the ages of two to 18 from low to middle income families who have no beds of their own. A Bed 4 Me is a 501(c)(3) that provides beds to children and teens, in Okaloosa and Walton County, that would otherwise be sleeping on the floor or other inadequate spaces. We understand the critical role of sleep in a child's devel

opment, health, academic performance, social adjustments and self-esteem. The bed kit includes a pillow, bedding, twin mattress and a bed frame that allows for mobility. We provide a bed that is comfortable, durable and will stay with them into adulthood. A Bed 4 Me serves children two to 18 years old from low to middle income families that are without a bed due to economic struggles or families starting over as a result of domestic issues. A Bed 4 Me addresses this essential need as we believe every child deserves a bed. This week, we honored and celebrated the life of one of our beloved volunteers, Harry McNutt.

Harry had a truly generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it was needed. Soon after we began delivering beds, he learned about our mission and immediately stepped forward to help. His kindness, dedication, and countless hours spent building beds made a lasting impact on so many families in our community.

Thank you, Harry, for every build, every smile, and every act of service. Your compassion touched many lives, and we will miss you.

It was a day full of information, collaboration, networking and real life realizations that many are facing with stable housing. The bed frame we provide is made entirely of steel for lasting durability, supports up to 1,000 pounds, and removes the need for a box spring. It also folds in half for easier moving and transport around the house or to a new location. Because of its convenience and reliability, it’s the only bed frame we choose to use.
