🚀 Hello community! 🌎✨

We’re excited to kick off the season with a special STEM workshop hosted by two graduate students from the School of Visual Arts (Design for Social Innovation).

As part of their Master’s thesis, they’re exploring how to improve access to STEM learning for K–5 students across NYC—looking at mobile, community-based models that bring hands-on science directly into neighborhoods. The Blue Bus Project is part of their study, thanks to the work we do bringing creative learning into the community 💙

🌟 Join us for a fun planetary science workshop!
Kids will explore Earth, the atmosphere, and the solar system through interactive, hands-on activities 🌍💫

Shred & Create ♻️🌱
Turning post-consumer plastic into planters.

A community-powered process that transforms post-consumer plastic into functional objects.
Thank you to our community, local laundromats, and neighborhood partner for collecting the plastic that made this possible.

Special thanks to for guiding us through the process; sharing knowledge, tools, and helping produce these new forms.

Thank you to for helping us plant.
See you all in the spring.🪴

From waste to resource. From process to possibility.
This is Shred & Create.
