Every New Yorker knows there's nothing like showing up for your home team. But for thousands of New Yorkers, having a place to call home is still out of reach.

Last year, we helped 374 people move into permanent housing, turning homelessness into hope. Today, those individuals have a home-court advantage of their own: security, opportunity, and peace of mind that come with stable housing.

After years of experiencing homelessness and the shelter system, Bertram is rebuilding his health, stability, and future. With our support, he was able to focus on securing housing AND improving his physical well-being, two things that are deeply connected on the journey toward long-term stability.

“Because I got healthier, I became stable,” explains Bertram.
