Rescuing Leftover Cuisine is thrilled to receive a $25,000 two-year Empowerment Grant from The Provident Bank Foundation! 💙

This funding will support our food rescue programs in New Jersey and help us expand our work to double our impact over the next two years.

We're grateful to for investing in our mission and helping us get more good food to people who need it.

Join RLC’s Climate Council to build your knowledge about the environmental effects of surplus food. Applications for the 2026-27 member cohort are now open!

Launching in late October, this year-long program will be structured as part nonprofit board service and part fellowship. It's meant for any individual interested in better understanding the challenges and solutions related to surplus food going to landfill. It’s also an opportunity to contribute expertise from your own industry to strengthen RLC's food recovery mission.

Every day, businesses have food they can no longer use. But that doesn’t mean it has to go to waste.
