We have created a space to build as men of the community, without restrictions or judgment, tackling DYSFUNCTION, ABUSE and TRAUMA in all its aspects and finding solutions that work!

We are able to express our issues with guys who have been thru the same experiences and may have beneficial insight.

We do this for our People. We do it for our Growth and Development as Leaders of our Community.

BELOVED PEOPLE OF HARLEM, Please Join us in PEACE and LOVE as The Harlem FUND honors young JUSTIN STREETER and his beloved family, with a PRAYER VIGIL.
We will offer words of SUPPORT and COMFORT to the FAMILY and will perform a BALLOON RELEASE and CANDLE LIGHTING.
OUR FAMILIES ARE TIRED OF BURYING OUR CHILDREN!
PLEASE TAKE THE INITIATIVE TO RAISE OUR YOUTH AS A VILLAGE AND LET’S HOLD EACH OTHER ACCOUNTABLE!!

PART 1:
This is what true “Conflict Mediation/Violence Interruption” looks like for a CREDIBLE MESSENGER.
We must WORK TOGETHER with ALL INSTITUTIONS that are willing to rebuild a positive society amongst our PEOPLE.
Our officers need to learn and apply DE-ESCALATION TECHNIQUES.
The Harlem FUND Group is dedicated to providing our youth with personal support and assistance within the community.
This is vital to the development of our People and community development.Take a moment to observe the needs of our community as displayed by the scenario. The case was about two young couples having a conflict; in which the police was on the scene.
The police was remiss in so many instances; true professionals in this field have no problem with seeing/pointing out what those mishaps were. SMFH.
It was a good thing that we had HARLEM ASSEMBLYMAN on the scene to witness the inadequacies in their methodology. To : LETS ACTIVATE A NEW PLATFORM OF TRULY DEDICATED and COMPASSIONATE COMMUNITY INITIATIVES, WITH ANY AND ALL RESOURCES THAT NEED TO BE REALLOCATED!
WE MUST RE-TRAIN ANY OFFICERS THAT WILL BE IN THE FIELD DEALING WITH CIVILIANS!
WE LOVE OUR PEOPLE.
