~ Designer Spotlight: Tatiana Alexandra by Tatiana

We’re excited to welcome Tatiana Alexandra back to IMPACT’s runway! Tatiana began working in fashion as a technical designer in corporate fashion, and she cites the skills she gained in garment construction at the heart of everything she does. Blurring the line between structure and chaos, Tatiana’s pieces are imbued with confidence, humor, and individuality.

The majority of her materials are sourced from thrifts, upcycling men’s garments, and repurposing surplus fabrics.

~ Designer Spotlight: DUPPY founded by Yaya Sonyini

DUPPY, founded by Yaya Sonyini, will be walking with IMPACT this weekend! Yaya blends punk aesthetics, surrealist influence and bold design into avant-garde works reimagined through the lens of a Black immigrant identity in New York.

Fun Fact: Yaya incorporates her own photography into her designs.
