A free three-session workshop series for moms ready to pause, breathe, and reconnect, with themselves and with their children. A safe, welcoming space. No judgment. Just support. Children are welcome.

Session themes: welcome, caring for yourself while healing from past experiences, managing daily stressors, and building positive connections with your children.

You deserve care too. We'll see you there.

FEC WHIN opened its doors to young neighbors this summer. Through SYEP, our youth partnered with Microsoft and the Hip Hop Museum on a project-based learning workshop right here in our community space.
They built skills, built ideas, and built confidence for the work ahead. This is what investing in our youth looks like.
