From WE RALLY FOR WAGE EQUITY!

Nonprofit human services workers do the same work as City human services workers — for 30% less in wages.

But people deserve equal pay for equal work, no exceptions. That’s where our new Wage Equity Bill comes in, which would create a new wage requirement system that aligns nonprofit and City job titles, and through that, aligns salaries in the long-term.

➡️ Swipe to learn more about Wage Equity Legislation, and follow along on IG tomorrow as we take to the streets to demand that and support true for nonprofit human services workers!

From communicating basic needs to feeling at ease in New York City, every new word learned is a step forward.
